X-Trak™

Designed by our in-house team of engineers the exclusive X-Trak is a fully remote controlled robotic camera dolly with complete camera and lens control.

The system consists of a motorized dolly and 2 axis camera head. With fully digital and network controlled servomotors, it offers the capability to track, pan and tilt the camera by a single operator— fully remote.

The track functions are operated by foot pedals whilst the remote head is controlled by joystick. The system is designed to operate quietly and with precision, even at high speeds. The system can be used in floor or ceiling mounted (see below)

X-Trak™ Floor

The X-Trak floor system is extremely compact allowing it to be positioned in very small discreet positions but offering fluid tracking shots at speeds up to 3m per second, built in leveling feet ensure smooth operation even on uneven floors.

X-Trak™ Ceiling

The X-Trak ceiling or slung version allows smooth overhead tracking shots without the need for large areas of the grid to be taken up, designed to blend seamlessly in to lighting rigs and studio top rigs but offering fluid tracking shots at speeds up to 3m per second this system is only available from AWCS
